1. Physical Products (e.g., Supplements)

We offer refunds on physical products only, under the conditions below.

✔️ Eligible for Refund:

  • Unopened and unused products

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Proof of purchase provided (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Opened or used products (unless faulty)

  • Returns requested after 30 days

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling


2. Digital Products (e.g., eBooks, Programs)

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds on digital products.

Once purchased, the content is delivered immediately and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. The value of the digital product is included in the overall purchase and is considered final.

Please ensure you review the product details before purchasing any digital item.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for refunds, except in cases where the product is:

    • Faulty

    • Damaged during delivery

    • Incorrectly sent

If the return is approved due to an issue on our end, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.


4. How to Request a Refund

    • The product(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for the return

  2. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
